Subject: Invitation for Annual Day Function
Dear Parents,
We understand that due to family functions scheduled on 28th November, some students may not be able to participate in the Annual Day celebrations this year.
In previous years, invitation cards were distributed to all students, including non-participants. However, we noticed that many of these cards went unused, resulting in unnecessary stationery wastage.
Therefore, this year, invitations will be extended only to the parents of participating students for the Annual Day function.
