To develop the moral and social values among our children, An English Story Telling Competition was organised on 22-07-2019 for Grade 1-5. There were two rounds. The purpose of the competition was to enhance their speaking and listening skills. The preliminary round was conducted in the classes on 15-7-19 from where four top achievers from each of the sections were selected for the Final Round. Final round was held on 22-07-2019. The students were judged on the basis of Content, Expressions, Clarity of Voice, Fluency and Voice Modulation. Some students were able to make good use of gestures, body language, voice modulation and characterization. Each story concluded with a moral which highlighted different values of life. The performance of every student was praiseworthy.
The judges appreciated and applauded the performance of the participants and the children enjoyed the competition. This competition helped the students to give flight to their imagination.
